Motsuji Autumn Leaves Festival: Special Main Hall Interior Viewing

About this event

At Motsuji Temple, Japanese maples and maple trees planted across the entire temple grounds weave a beautiful autumn foliage landscape. During the "Motsuji Autumn Leaves Festival," the "Special Main Hall Interior Viewing" will be held, specially opening the inside of the Main Hall that is usually closed to the public. On this occasion, visitors can worship in the serene space of the Main Hall while listening to explanations about Motsuji Temple and Dharma talks by Buddhist monks. Viewing the interior is free, but the regular Motsuji Temple admission fee is required. Please enjoy a special experience at historic Motsuji Temple during the beautiful autumn foliage season.
