About this event
This is a performance showcase aimed at passing down traditional culture from across the country, such as folk songs, vocal music, shamisen, shakuhachi, and dance. It focuses especially on unearthing regional songs, such as Chichibu Ondo—the representative folk song of Saitama Prefecture—as well as weaving songs (hataori-uta) and woodcutting songs (kobiki-uta), engaging in research presentations and active preservation. Admission is free.
