Rooted in the Higashi and Ebisu areas of Shibuya Ward, this festival has a calm and relaxed atmosphere. Its welcoming environment allows families with children to participate with peace of mind. Following the debut of the new song "Hikawa Ondo" last year, this year plans the unveiling of "Hikawa Sando Yagura Bayashi," choreographed by local elementary school students, making the children's active participation one of the highlights. It is an event where visitors can enjoy both the traditional festival atmosphere and fresh new initiatives.
